The C.A.L.M. (Carolinians Actively Living Mindfully) Oasis is located in the Center for Health of Well-Being, room 215. All are welcome for meditation, prayer and reflection. We're excited to increase access to meditation and mindfulness and to cultivate a culture of awareness.
Guided Meditation and Mindfulness
Join us each week as our skilled mindfulness practitioners lead sessions in meditation and yoga.
In-person sessions are held in the C.A.L.M. Oasis (room 215). Due to an abundance of caution and a desire to maintain the health and safety of our community space is limited.
