CEA/CAPA Study Abroad brings high-quality international academic programs and services to students. Along the way you'll learn to communicate across cultures, gain independence, become self aware and achieve international understanding.

USC students may participate in all of CEA/CAPA's study abroad programs in Seville along with the Study + Internship Hybrid Program with the CEA/CAPA Seville Study Center and the choice of either EUSA University Center, Pablo de Olavide University, or Univeristy of Seville and the Multi-Destination program of Exploring Spain: Business and Culture in Seville and Barcelona. To see courses UofSC students have taken with this Partner at a specific university, please reference the Registrar's Course Equivalency Table.  Participants at certain CEA programs take courses at a local university, while others take courses at a CEA study center.  Courses taken at a local university will be listed under their respective foreign institution. If you are taking  classes at a CEA/CAPA Study Center, courses that have been taken can be found listed under University of New Haven in Connecticut..

Various funding opportunities exist for this provider. Please note the terms eligible listed for each:

  • Affiliate Discounts: USC students will receive the following benefits:
    • Year or semester students will receive a $600 grant. (Does not include Prague.)
    • Summer students will receive a $300 grant. (Does not include Prague.)
    • Students can often obtain a travel or study abroad voucher/grant using a promotional code at the time of application to CEA/CAPA. These vary in amount, type, and term of use (determined by CEA), but have been as high as $1,000 for a semester program. When applying to CEA/CAPA, students should visit the Grant & Vouchers page of CEA/CAPA's website for the latest information, deadlines, and promo codes. (Students studying in the spring or fall semester in Prague may not use these travel or study abroad voucher/grants in conjunction with the $1800 discount.)
    • USC students are also considered for additional higher-level CEA/CAPA awards.

Per university policy, all USC students will be charged emergency medical, evacuation and repatriation insurance for their time abroad. Contact the Education Abroad Office for more details.
