When I came to college, I was sure I wanted to become a lawyer, but on a winter study abroad trip to China, I realized that I wanted more out of my career than that. I saw how big and diverse the world was and found it all so fascinating. I knew I did not want to be a lawyer anymore, all because of traveling somewhere new and the amazing experiences I gained. I continued to study abroad throughout college and found myself wanting to help all the different types of people I met along the way. These trips changed my outlook on life and helped me realize my future in public service.

Future plans: Aidan plans to work and live in Washington, D.C., working in public policy.
