South Carolina Associate Professor of Philosophy Tarja Knuuttila is co-organizing with Darmstadt Technical University Professor of Philosophy and History of Science Alfred Nordmann an interdisciplinary workshop and winter school on modeling in synthetic biology. It will take place from March 5th to 10th, 2017 in Darmstadt, Germany as part of the activities of the BiCoDa (Bielefeld, Columbia, Darmstadt) Alliance.
