October is a great month for dissertation defenses! The program is pleased to announce that AJ Murphy will defend her dissertation “Syntactic, Semantic, and Stylistic Variation in Old English Periphrastic Passives” on Friday, October 11, 2024, 12:00-2:00 in Humanities Classroom Building 418 and Hana Balousha  will defend her dissertation “The Effects of Guided Induction Completed Individually and in Groups of the Development of Verbal Negation in Palestinian Arabic: An Analysis of Accuracy, Processing, and Rule Structure” on Tuesday, October 15 at 10am on Zoom. Both defenses are open to the public.
