Purpose of the Council
- Share concerns and interests of the diverse undergraduate student body
- Provide suggestions for the development of the Office of the Dean of Students, as well as the university as a whole, particularly in the areas of university policy, campus climate, diversity, safety and student involvement
- Serve as a vehicle for information sharing and support among key student leaders on campus
Member Selection
The members of the council will be selected by staff members in the Office of the Dean of Students based upon their application materials and/or nominations from faculty/staff members. Twelve applicants will be selected to serve on this council.
Applications
Applications for the 2021-22 academic year will open in March 2021.
