2024-2025 SPARC Graduate Research Grants awarded to 33 graduate students

The Office of the Vice President for Research is proud to award 33 2024-2025 SPARC Graduate Research Grants to support graduate student researchers across 20 academic departments and 5 colleges and schools. Through the Support to Promote Advancement of Research and Creativity Graduate Research Grants, graduate students receive up to $5,000 in internal funding to engage in research, scholarly and creative projects over a 15-month period.

This grant program is designed not only to sponsor meritorious research but to strengthen student skills for a career in research through the extramural research funding proposal process.
