Anne Bailey coordinates and is the point of contact for internal grant programs, including RISE, ASPIRE, ASPIRE AI and SPARC for graduate students, as well as limited submissions. She also facilitates prospecting for sponsored funding opportunities.
Prior to this position, Bailey was Center Manager of USC's Cardiovascular Translational Research Center from 2022-2026. She also worked as a Laboratory Manager for the Laboratory of Inflammatory Driven Carcinogenesis for 14 years in the College of Pharmacy. She contributed to securing 8.6 million awarded in grant funding and is middle author on 15+ peer reviewed publications. She has also been guest editor for the journal Carcinogenesis. Before joining USC, she worked in the field of military research for the Navy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology - Cell and Neurobiology from Michigan State University.
