Background

Ella attended Ball State University where she was a member of Phi Mu and the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. After graduating, Ella went to work for Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation as a Foundation Auditor managing 98 chapters' fundraising efforts across the country. She also served as the chapter advisor for Phi Mu at Indiana University. She transitioned her career to become a Property Manager for Delta Gamma at Syracuse University before coming to USC!
