Our Councils

The fraternity and sorority chapters at the University of South Carolina are led by four student-run councils including the College Panhellenic Association (CPA), Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).

Annual Chapter Expectations

The Annual Chapter Expectations Program (ACE) was developed to improve the management of, inspire the growth and development of, and evaluate the quality of fraternity and sorority chapters at the University of South Carolina. The ACE Program allows the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to evaluate chapter performance as it relates to our minimum expectations of UofSC's fraternal organizations, and gives potential members additional information about our chapters, prior to them joining.

Educational Opportunities Manual

The purpose of this manual is to assist chapters in providing quality programs and opportunities to its members. While this manual is not exhaustive of what UofSC offers as educational opportunities, the manual does highlight a few options for students and student organizations. This manual covers a variety of topics that may be useful for chapters, members, and leadership. This manual is also aligned with the Annual Chapter Expectations Program (ACE) expectations that are outlined. Highlighted portions are directly linked to a variety of the ACE expectations.
