How to Join

Fraternities and sororities at USC are governed by four councils, each of which engages new members through various recruitment and intake processes. These efforts commence at the beginning of the fall semester and, for many chapters, continue throughout the academic year.

College Panhellenic Association (CPA) Sorority Recruitment

The Panhellenic chapters at USC participate in formal sorority recruitment prior to the start of the fall semester. In addition, some chapters continue to hold informal recruitment events throughout the year.

Membership intake is the process by which our CGC (Cultural Greek Council)  select, educate and initiate new members.

Interfraternity Council (IFC) Recruitment

Fraternity recruitment provides an opportunity for men to explore the variety of fraternities at USC. Students must register for formal recruitment prior to the start of recruitment in the fall or spring.
