 Using New Technologies to Measure Geographic Context in Cancer Disparities

Dr. Schootman focuses his research on examining the effects of adverse neighborhood conditions on cancer-related outcomes. He will present some of his recent findings and discuss new opportunities to use emerging technologies (e.g., Google StreetView) to measure neighborhood conditions as they relate to cancer disparities.
