Chad Hardaway, Director
As an attorney and chemical engineer, Chad brings a broad skill set to intellectual
property protection and management. He has a passion for and expertise in entrepreneurship
and small business development and has served as a mentor of multiple National Science
Foundation I-Corps teams.
Tiffany Beverly, J.D., Associate Director
As an attorney with a background in business litigation, Tiffany brings an expertise
in contracts law and oversees legal agreements for TCO. She also serves as primary
contact for questions about the office and intellectual property at USC.
Michael Cantelmi, M.Ed., Licensing and Compliance Associate
Formerly a patent administrator, Michael is responsible for identifying potential
licensees for USC patents, marketing the university's technologies, and promoting
the TCO to both industry and USC's community of researchers and inventors.
Caroline Page, J.D., Patents and Contracts Manager
Caroline is an attorney who uses her skill set to process certain contracts, including
inter-institutional agreements, material transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
She is also responsible for maintaining the University’s intellectual property database
and she is the primary contact for questions about IP/invention disclosures at USC.
