Ken Parks is the executive director of information technology in the Division of Student Affairs and Academic Support. Parks directs the planning, strategic development, design and operations of information technology systems within the division.

Parks has more than 25 years of experience in IT leadership positions with the S.C. Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, S.C. Department of Revenue, S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control and AT&T/Cingular Wireless. He has a track record of successfully leading teams, developing people, managing major projects and building collaborative partnerships.

Parks earned a master’s degree in information systems management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s in computer science from Limestone College.
