Self-Defense Workshops

Learn about self defense in a variety of workshops and presentations that are tailored to your group's size and time requirements.

SAFE Self-Defense Workshop

“The paradox of self-defense is that the more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it.”

This empowering workshop is designed to help you develop a strong warrior mindset while equipping you with practical tools for personal safety. Through hands-on instruction, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize pre-attack indicators and trust your instincts
  • Deliver precise, effective strikes to an attacker's vulnerable points
  • Build confidence, awareness, and preparedness in everyday situations

Whether you're new to self-defense or looking to sharpen your skills, this course is focused on proactive strategies that help you stay safe—and stay one step ahead.
