Bryan has over 17 years of experience working with Aramark and 13 years in the higher education sector. Higher education dining has been a passion for Bryan since he began his career at High Point University. Bryan started at High Point University in the catering department growing his career from a supervisor to the Director of the department. After 10 years and a growing family, Bryan chose to change directions and moved to South Carolina. Bryan, as Food Service Director, was a part of the transition team opening the Carolina Food Co. on the campus of University of South Carolina. During this time at South Carolina, he has taken on both spectrums of the dining program having had oversight of satellite retail dining and currently residential dining. Bryan thrives in making the student dining experience extraordinary by driving student engagement and introducing new and creative dining programs.
Bryan is from Clemmons, North Carolina and attended college at Cape Fear in Wilmington, North Carolina. Bryan and his wife Holly have twin 9-year-old boys, Clayton and Mitchell, and reside in Chapin, South Carolina.
