Danielle started her career with Aramark at the University of Virginia, where she participated in the Accelerate 2 Leadership (A2L) management training program right out of college. Danielle had oversight of three retail locations while at UVA. Upon the completion of the A2L program, she transitioned to the University of South Carolina as retail manager. Danielle remained in operations for three years before being promoted to Assistant Unit Controller. During her time in finance, Danielle has also been the lead on all Grubhub implementation and installation for all kiosks and mobile utilization campus wide. Danielle has recently been promoted to Senior Unit Controller at the University of South Carolina, where she now leads the finance department for dining.
She has three degrees from Johnson & Wales University, in Baking and Pastry Management, Food Service Management, and International Travel and Tourism Management. Danielle was born in Italy, but calls Pensacola, Florida her home. In her spare time, Danielle likes to do “Sunday baking” and read any romance or thriller novel she can find.
