Description

Building community among students, whether online or in traditional courses, is essential. However, building community between the instructor and the students is important as well. This session provides ideas of how to build community using Blackboard tools such as wiki, blog, discussion board, and more. 

About the Facilitator

Chris Brown is the Director of Teaching and Technology Services (TTS). She has experience using Blackboard and teaching in a blended and/or pure online environment.
