C.A.L.M. Oasis Space

Come to the C.A.L.M. Oasis for mindfulness and meditation (Center for Health and Well-Being, room 215). You can use the space for individual practice or participate in guided learning with a trained facilitator. Call 777-8283.  

The Space

The C.A.L.M. (Carolinians Actively Living Mindfully) Oasis is located in the Center for Health of Well-Being, room 215. All are welcome for meditation, prayer and reflection. We're excited to increase access to meditation and mindfulness and to cultivate a culture of awareness.

 

Guided Meditation and Mindfulness

Join us each week as our skilled mindfulness practitioners lead sessions in meditation and yoga. 

In-person sessions are held in the C.A.L.M. Oasis (room 215). Due to an abundance of caution and a desire to maintain the health and safety of our community space is limited.

For the Spring 2024 Semester,Yoga classes are Pre-Recorded and scheduled for Tuesdays at 5:15 pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 12:15 pm in the CALM Oasis. For Spring 2024 semester Guided Meditations are held at 10:00 am on Mondays & Thursdays via our instagram live account and in the CALM Oasis.
