Travel Clinic

Make an appointment at least eight weeks before travel to ensure you get any necessary vaccines and to discuss concerns about allergies and preventing illness while abroad. Call 803-777-9511.

Schedule an Appointment

See us at least eight weeks before travel. If you schedule an appointment fewer than eight weeks out, we may not have time to give you all rounds of required vaccines. Call 803-777-1546.

 

Bring Your Forms

You'll need to update your immunization record in MyHealthSpace if you haven't already and a completed travel questionnaire [pdf].

 

Follow-Ups

In addition to vaccinations which can be administered during your appointment, prescription medications such as malaria prophylaxis may be required for some destinations. Your travel clinic nurse will coordinate any necessary visits with a medical provider during your travel consultation.

 

Cost

We charge a fee for Travel Clinic visits. Your fee will depend on your consultation and the number of vaccines needed.
