Campus Parcel Lockers

Self-service parcel lockers operated by Amazon and the USC Postal Service are conveniently located throughout campus for students, faculty and staff. Eligible packages can be picked up anytime using the access instructions sent when your delivery is ready.

USC Postal Service Lockers

Directions: When your package is ready, you'll receive an email with a pickup barcode and PIN. At the locker kiosk, tap the screen, then scan the barcode or enter your PIN. The assigned locker will open for you to retrieve your package. Be sure to close the locker door when you're finished.

  • Students eligible to pick up from Russell House lockers have a Mail ID that begins with a "7".
Campus Village in the Transportation Hub/Bike Room
  • Students eligible to pick up from Campus Village lockers have a Mail ID that begins with a "9".
  • If using mobile credentials, Students will use their mobile credential to enter the room, then use the email and scan barcode or enter pin number from uscpackagepickup@sc.sclintra.com, and it will tell them either locker name, CV1 or CV2.

Amazon Lockers

Directions: Amazon packages delivered to Amazon Lockers are managed directly by Amazon or UPS delivery and are not processed by USC Postal Service. When placing your order, select your preferred Amazon Locker pickup location. Once your package is delivered, Amazon will email you a pickup code to access the locker and retrieve your package.
