The University of South Carolina's Greek Village features 20 facilities, houses approximately 700 students, and has some of the premier fraternity and sorority houses in the country.
Greek Village is managed and supported by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in partnership with the 20 local and national house corporations who have facilities there. Questions about living in a Greek Village facility, meal plans, and other Greek Village operations can be directed to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Greek Village facilities must adhere to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life decoration guidelines for implementing any decoration items for special events. Chapters are required to submit any decorations for approaval prior to the installation.

Originally built in the early 2000's, facilities in Greek Village are required to adhere to the University's design guidelines for any construction or improvement projects. Questions about these guidelines or renovation proposals can be directed to Carli Mercer, Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

In order to participate in the construction of housing on the USC-Columbia campus, organizations should submit a request to the University Greek-letter Housing Committee.
