Lumpkin Auditorium

Located on the eighth floor of the Close-Hipp building, the Lumpkin Auditorium is a perfect venue for lectures and large meetings for up to 150.  The pre-function lobby and dining area overlooking the campus behind the auditorium is ideal for poster sessions, breaks and receptions.

The Lumpkin Auditorium features:

  • seating for 150 guests at fixed classroom tables
  • a smart lectern
  • a full arrangement of wireless microphones

Parking

Parking is available in the surface lot adjacent to the Close-Hipp building at a rate of $25 per event plus $10 per meter per day.  If you choose to reserve more than 20 spaces, we recommend hiring a guard to guarantee the spaces.  There is a minimum of four hours required to hire a guard at a rate of $20 per hour.  Our office will work with you to make these arrangements.
