Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary for each conference. Please refer to the registration website or mail-in registration form of the respective conference for the cancellation policy. The liability of all conferences and events are limited to the registration fee. The organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants or their families, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

Privacy Policy

It is the University of South Carolina's (USC) policy to respect the privacy of its users. This privacy policy outlines our information collection, use, and sharing policy, as well as the guidelines we follow to manage your personal information.

 

Refunds

Refunds take four to six weeks to process. The University reserves the right to cancel and refund all registration fees for any program due to circumstances beyond our control, including insufficient registration.

 

Conference Related Activities

USC established policy ACAF 3.17 to ensure appropriate oversight and approval of conference related activities. This policy applies to all University of South Carolina campuses.
