Colin Miller

Background

Colin Miller is an Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Previously, he served as a professor at The John Marshall Law School and a visiting professor at the William and Mary Law School. Professor Miller is the creator and Blog Editor of EvidenceProf Blog, which addresses recent developments in Evidence precedent, legislation, and scholarship. His areas of expertise include Evidence, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Civil Procedure. Professor Miller is a graduate of the William and Mary Law School, where he served on the William and Mary Law Review and the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
