Policies:

  • No hanging on rims or nets.
  • Non-marking athletic shoes required.
  • No kicking or punting of sport equipment
  • Spitting on floor or walls is prohibited.

Blatt Softball Field

Policies:

  • No amplified music.
  • Tobacco in any form is prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Animals or pets are prohibited on or within field areas.
  • Motorized vehicles prohibited on fields.
  • Golf is prohibited on fields.
  • Metal cleats/spikes are prohibited.
  • Glass containers are prohibited on fields.
  • Bicycles, rollerblading, and skateboard are prohibited on field areas.
  • Use restricted to USC students, faculty, and staff.
  • No softball/baseball/lacrosse on Field 4 due to the close proximity of parked cars.
  • No paint unless it is color run powdered paint.
  • Participants must present a Carolina Card upon request.

Description: This room has padded walls as well as a boxing bag.

Description: A basketball court with indoor soccer and hockey capabilities.

Policies:

  • Non-marking athletic shoes required.
  • Only indoor soccer balls and approved Office of Campus Recreation floor hockey equipment allowed.
  • No helium balloons, flame, or glitter allowed in any indoor space.
  • The use of nails, tape, glue, thumbtacks, or adhesive to the walls, ceiling, doors, door frames, draperies, light fixtures or columns for attaching materials is strictly prohibited.

Board Room

Square Footage: 872 sq. ft.

Description: The is a conference-style board room. This room includes a dry erase board and projection screen. A laptop and projector can be rented as an extra feature for this room.

Square Footage: 6,610 sq ft.; 8 lane pool 

Policies:

  • All swimmers are required to shower before entering the pool.
  • Appropriate swim attire is required to use the pool: No cut off pants, gym shorts, or t-shirts.
  • No diving in pool.
  • Swimmers subject to Breath-holding Policy.
  • Only proper swim training devices will be permitted: Kick boards, pull-buoys, goggles, masks, fins, and snorkels (used responsibly).
  • Inflated toys and rafts are prohibited in pool area.

Strom Fields

Description: There are three fields and one special event field outside the STWFC. 

Policies:

  • Use restricted to USC students, faculty, and staff
  • Participants must present a Carolina Card upon request
  • Coolers/bags/containers are subject to inspection
  • Access and use of the fields offered during operational hours
  • Access to the fields is limited to available gates
  • Service animals are permitted in Campus Recreation facilities; comfort animals are not permitted as per university policy.
  • No softball/baseball/lacrosse on Field 4 due to the close proximity of parked cars
  • The Office of Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel any games or events regarding inclement weather and field conditions.
  • The Office of Campus Recreation is not responsible for personal items or equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Square Footage: 30,590 sq. ft. 

Policies:

  • Appropriate swim attire is required to use the pool: No cut off pants, tennis shorts, gym shorts, or t-shirts.
  • Food is restricted to designated areas.
  • Only beverages in plastic twist or sport tops are allowed.
  • No diving in pool.
  • Swimmers subject to Breath-holding Policy.
  • Gymnastics, running, wrestling, and horseplay prohibited.
  • Only proper swim training devices will be permitted: Kick boards, pull-buoys, goggles, masks, fins, and snorkels (used responsibly).
  • Inflated toys and rafts are prohibited in pool area.

Grass Amphitheatre

Description: The grass amphitheater is equipped with a cement stage facing a multipurpose grassy area. 

Policies: 

  • No animals.
  • No amplified music allowed.
  • The use of tobacco or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Sand Volleyball Courts

Description: Sand volleyball courts are equipped with regulation height nets and can be utilized during operating hours of the outdoor pool.
