Fraternity and Sorority Life

  • Greek Village entrance with flowers around brick gate

The University of South Carolina's Greek Village features 20 facilities, houses approximately 700 students, and has some of the premier fraternity and sorority houses in the country.

Greek Village Move-Out Information

The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life is tentatively planning to begin a staggered move-out process, by appointment only, beginning May 8. Please understand this date is tentative and could change dependent on direction from state health officials and state emergency actions. During move-out, access to the Greek Village will be limited to maintain social distancing. Property managers will share sign-up details and additional information with residents.

Honoring University Housing Contracts

All first-year students at the University of South Carolina live in residence halls, upholding the contract they signed over the summer for both fall and spring semesters. Students are responsible for the full cost of their University Housing contracts. No exceptions will be made for students who wish to move from a residence hall to the Greek Village.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
