Meeting Room Reservation Information

The below calendar shows current reservations for College of Education conference rooms and meeting spaces. These rooms can only be reserved by authorized College of Education 25Live users.

Please work with your department’s Administrative Assistant or Coordinator to reserve a room.

Please note the following rules regarding conference room reservations and use:

  • Please leave conference rooms in a neat and tidy condition with chairs pushed in, dry erase boards cleaned and any trash properly disposed.
  • Be sure to leave when your reservation time has ended.
  • Student groups are not authorized to use conference rooms. If faculty or staff are meeting with students, they must be present the entire time the room is in use.

All room reservations must be submitted three business days prior to your event/meeting’s date and time. Failure to reserve a room in advance may result in your event being denied or the loss of available rooms.
