Profit Organization:
Early bird registration - $450 until September 14, 2015 at midnight.
Late registration - $525 (September 15 - September 28, 2015)

Non-Profit Organization:
Early bird registration - $300 until September 14, 2015 at midnight.
Late registration - $375 (September 15 - September 28, 2015)

Additional Tables:
Please note that registration allows for up to 3 recruiters.  Each additional table is $290 and allows for another 3 recruiters.  Please indicate additional tables needed under the Quantity Fees section.

Employer Eligibility Policy to Use Career Center Services

Job Fair Policies

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All payments must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the career event. If an employer has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment. All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid. If an employer registers on or after the two-week period prior to the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued after September 14, 2015.

Tobacco Policy:  Employers please be aware that beginning January 1, 2014, the University of South Carolina is tobacco free.  Please review the University policy at for additional details about Tobacco Free USC.

Exhibit Parameters: All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 6' x 2.5' table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the fair. All items for your display must be able to fit onto or behind your table. This will ensure that all employers have adequate space and students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.  If you are bringing printed materials, please bring 10 copies of enlarged print.

Parking Options:  Employers may drop off at the entrance of the Capstone Conference Center.  Each registered employer will be allowed to park in the designed event block near the corner of Barnwell & Pendleton Streets.  While the Career Center has reserved parking for our employers, we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available.  We strongly suggest that you bring pocket change should you need to park in a metered spot  (1 quarter = 20 minutes).

Steps to Register:

  1. Click on the REGISTER FOR PHARMACY DAY to set up a JobMate account or log into JobMate.
  2. Select Job Fairs and Events to register for PHARMACY DAY.
  3. In the Category box, select Job Fairs and search.
  4. You will see the PHARMACY DAY Icon and a register link to the right.
  5. Select the Register link and complete your registration information.
