Job Shadowing

Learn more about a specific job, make a professional job contact or ensure that you're in the right major. There is no better way to experience a potential career path than to see it for yourself.

Individual Job Shadows

The career center staff can help you set up a job shadow experience. A typical shadowing experience lasts at least one day. All students can participate at no cost. If you are are not quite ready to visit a job site for a job shadow, find out more about a career by asking an expert through an information interview

Group Job Shadowing: Pathways to Professions

You'll have opportunities to observe daily work activities, hear from individuals who work in the organization, and enhance your career awareness of different workplace environments and job functions.

Join the Career Center to take a tour and talk about career options with an employer organization. You can view upcoming Pathways and register in the events section of Handshake.
