Academy Overview

PI Academy participants will learn how to search for funding at the university, what policies and procedures are in place regarding grants and what help is available for proposal writing and administration.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to sign up for PI Academy Sessions, faculty members must: 

• Be employed at USC Columbia, the USC schools of medicine in Columbia or Greenville, a four-year UofSC comprehensive institution or a USC Palmetto College campus. 
• Be employed as current USC faculty at any rank.
