Trainings Offered
The U.S. National Science Foundation, in partnership with the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense, offers online research security training that provides recipients of federal research funding with information on risks to the global research ecosystem and the tools necessary to protect against these risks.
Who: Faculty, staff and/or students involved in federally-funded research
What: Web-based training made up of 4 modules on research security risks and tools
Why: To protect USC’s research enterprise from cyber attacks and other data threats
