Make Your Reservation

We offer comfortable seating, learning spaces, dedicated meeting rooms and multimedia equipment in our lounge. Located in the lower level of the Russell House's West Wing, it is available to all students for meetings, discussions, presentations and events. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance.

Programs and Meetings

Please indicate all dates and times that the event occurs on the reservation form above. 

Donation Drop Boxes

Are allowed in the Intersection for a maximum of 14 days. If the box is not collected within 48 hours of the final day, collected items will be donated to a University-affiliated organization (such as Gamecock CommUnity Shop) at the discretion of OMSA staff. Boxes that are left in the Intersection without a reservation will be removed.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. 
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

During-hours events be considered on a case by case basis and not without prior approval of an OMSA staff member.

After-hours events be considered on a case by case basis and not without prior approval of an OMSA staff member. 

Cancellations

Please send an email to saomsa@mailbox.sc.edu at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to cancel will result in restrictions on submitting reservations for the remainder of the semester.
