Identity365 is a year-long celebration of cultural diversity at the University of South Carolina. Through collaborations with student organizations, faculty, and staff -- Identity365 provides unique opportunities to learn about diverse identities. All Identity365 programs are open for all members of the USC community to attend.
The Interfaith Fair provides new and returning students information and resources on various religious and spiritual organizations at the University of South Carolina. Meet like-minded people, explore a new religious or spiritual tradition, or hear about the diverse opportunities to learn more about the diverse set of beliefs and traditions across our campus. Black Film Festival will explore movies that explore the struggles and triumphs of black women. Each film will showcase, content by or about people of African descent and the impact each film has left on the culture. Featured films will be also have facilitated discussions by faculty and OMSA staff. Each film will be screened at 5 p.m. March 16, March 23, March 30
The Carolina Diversity Retreat is an off-campus experience, filled with interactive social justice workshops, aimed to empower students to become change agents on their campuses and within their communities. This day-long retreat will focus on diversity, leadership, and social justice. Participants will examine the meaning of diversity, why it is valuable, and how as student leaders they can incorporate diversity and social justice into their respective student organizations and communities.
