I am excited that I have the opportunity to serve students and oversee programs and initiatives dedicated to their retention and overall success. As a first-generation college student, I am forever grateful for the support that I received from the university and am happy to positively impact and support students through their own journeys.

Diamond previously worked in K-12 education in Memphis, TN as an educator, STEM Coordinator, and New Teacher Mentor. From there, she joined a nonprofit organization called Teach for America, where she coached and supported teachers as they fought against inequity in education across schools in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
