Alisha joined the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics (OIRAA) in March 2024. Prior to joining OIRAA, she worked in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Compliance (OIERC) on the USC Aiken campus for 13 years as a Data Coordinator and then as a Statistical and Research Analyst.

Alisha’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Educational Technology. In her free time, Alisha enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
