Rachel began working at OIRAA as of the Fall 2021 semester as an Undergraduate Student Assistant, and began her current position as of July 2023. Her responsibilities include assisting with the Institutional Effectiveness Assessment process by recording, organizing, and analyzing data for degree programs, institutional programs, and the Carolina Core. She handles communications with various colleges and offices throughout the University, and completes any other tasks as needed. 

Educational Background:  Rachel graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies. While she was a student at USC, she also studied Japanese and Linguistics.
