LaQuanda comes to the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics (OIRAA) as of October 2021. Prior to that LaQuanda started with the University of South Carolina in 2015 and served at the Aiken campus as the Applications Analyst II of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, & Compliance (OIERC) as the system/data analyst and website designer.

In 2018 she joined Advancement Services of Central Development at the Columbia campus where she played a big role in the division's transition from their previous system to Blackbaud CRM. She was instrumental in the creation and design of many Blackbaud CRM processes that are currently benefiting operations across the entire university, including the Palmetto College’s fundraising efforts.

Her educational background comprises a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management (MS-ISTM) from Capella University (2017) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.I.T.) from Kaplan University (2012). In her free time she enjoys singing, and is a well-known vocalist to many local and celebrity artists.
