  • Reservations are tentative until confirmed by the Conference Center.
  • No candles or open flames are permitted in the Spigner House.
  • No dancing is allowed on the carpet of the Spigner House. Portable dance floors are available through the Conference Center.
  • No tape, pins or sticky materials maybe placed on the walls, windows or ceilings of the Spigner House. The Conference Center can assist with signage needs.
  • No glitter or confetti allowed in the venue space.
  • Event times are bases on 7-hour time slots and billing cannot exceed two 7-hour time slots in any one day.
  • Food and beverage for the Spigner House must be contracted through Horseshoe Catering.
  • Cancellations prior to one week of your event are no charge.
  • No shows will be charged the full rental amount.
  • University Student groups without a fund and department number must provide payment in the form of a check 3 business days prior to the event or your event/reservation will be cancelled.
