Renewed Funding Press Release

UNC-Chapel Hill hosted the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Network (CPCRN) Kickoff Meeting, January 27-28, 2020, to celebrate the new funding cycle. Over 50 cancer researchers from eight different academic institutions and federal agency partners gathered together to launch the next five years of the CPCRN .

Supplement Issue

The Cancer Prevention and Control Research Network (CPCRN), a collaborative national network of academic centers has produced a supplemental issue of Preventive Medicine with 12 articles that examine stakeholder-engaged implementation science and population approaches to improve equity in cancer prevention and control. The research findings reported in the supplement investigate factors at the level of the patient, community, health care provider, health care system, and the wider socio-political context.
