The Career Ambassadors (CA's) are leaders
who serve as liaisons between the Career Center and the student body of the
University of South Carolina for purposes of outreach, drop-in appointments, and
education. Through the Career Ambassador Leadership Program, CA's
become proficient in many of the skills employers look for in new hires, such as
communication, problem solving, and leadership.
As a Career
Ambassador, you will:
Serve as liaison between students and the Career Center
Paraprofessionally advise students on their resume in a 1:1 drop-in appointment
Interact with employers and staff members during Career Center job fairs,
etiquette dinners, and additional programming
Present and develop Career Center programs for residence halls, clubs, and
Create marketing outreach and initiatives to educate the student body on Career

Applications open Monday, March 16th, 2015 and CLOSE on Monday, April 6th, 2015.
Interviews will take place the week of April 13th-17th, 2015.
