Job Fair Sponsorship Opportunity:
Demonstrate your commitment to the University of South Carolina, the Career Center and our students through job fair sponsorship! Available for Career Fest and the S.E.T. Fair job fairs only, the job fair sponsorship fee is in addition to fair registration fee and provides prime table location and added publicity. Refund/Cancellation Policy: All payments must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the career event. If an employer has not paid in full and/or cancels less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, the organization will be held responsible for the payment. All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to email@example.com. Future registrations for career events will not be allowed until the balance is paid. If an employer registers on or after the two-week period prior to the event, all payments must be paid in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be issued after September 1.
Weather Policy: In the event the job fair is cancelled, employers will be able to apply any paid or pending registration fees/payments to attendance at the rescheduled job fair.
Tobacco Policy:Employers please be aware that beginning January 1, 2014, the University of South Carolina is tobacco free. Please review the University policy at http://www.sc.edu/policies/univ500.pdf for additional details about Tobacco Free USC.

Exhibit Parameters:All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' x 2.5' table. No vehicles or animals are allowed at the fair. All items for your display must be able to fit onto your table. This will ensure that all employers have adequate space and students can navigate the fair in an efficient manner.
Parking Options:You will be provided a parking pass for the Bull Street Garage. While the Career Center has reserved parking for you, we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available. We strongly suggest that you bring pocket change should you need to park in a metered spot. (1 quarter = 20 minutes)
