One of the things getting more and more attention as the leaves begin to brown is refining the end-user’s experience in Self Service Carolina. Not only will the system itself need to be intuitive and well-organized, but there will be some additional growing pains next year.

Last month, representatives from the Registrar’s office conducted several high-level training sessions focusing on the two major systems being implemented as part of the OneCarolina project.
