Student Health Services

Stress Management

Many students face above average stress at one time or another during their time on campus. We can help you identify your stressors and find techniques that work for you to decrease stress.

Scheduling a Consultation

Make an appointment through MyHealthSpace or call us at 803-777-8283.

You can also stop in our office in the Center for Health and Well-Being between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What To Expect

You'll talk one-on-one with a trained health educator. Your health educator will help you identify:

  • Your current stress levels
  • The stressors you're dealing with and how they're manifesting themselves physically
  • Strategies you can use to help manage your stress
