COVID-19 Diagnostic Testing
Students, faculty and staff have both on and off-campus diagnostic testing options.
Reporting Your COVID-19 Test Result
If you were tested at a non-university location, please upload your test result to MyHealthSpace. Login using your UofSC username and password and then on the next screen your date
of birth. Click on Medical Clearances and then locate COVID Return Test and click
the Green Update button. Attach a copy of your results under COVID-19 Test Results
Upload and complete the date and the result in the appropriate category (Antibody
test, PCR test, or Rapid Antigen test). Click Done.
If you do not have the Upload Test Result option, please follow the directions below:
- In the left navigation, go to “Messages”
- Click on the “New Message” box
- You will see a list of options, including one that says, “I want to upload COVID-19
- Select that item and it will generate a message box and an “Add Attachment” button
for you to upload your report
If you will not be returning to the Columbia campus, despite a face-to-face or hybrid
label on one or more of your classes, you can request a testing exemption for the
spring 2021 semester. Login to MyHealthSpace using your UofSC username and password and then on the next screen your date of birth.
Click on Downloadable Forms and scroll down to the UofSC COVID Testing Exemption Request.
Complete and re-upload this form to request your testing exemption.
