Policy & Procedures
Procedures are in place for the ways we carry out our accessibility efforts.
Online courses should be accessible for all students. Course accessibility means that everyone can access course materials with substantially equivalent ease of use. Accessibility also has the potential to benefit all users, including persons for whom English is their second language and individuals with changing abilities due to age.
Our staff will create transcriptions from audio and video content and develop closed captioning. Request assistance using our Online Course Production Request.

Everyone who creates, manages, edits and purchases digital content and properties has a responsibility for ensuring their work is accessible.
The WCAG Level AA guidelines can be difficult to understand if you're not an accessibility expert. We've translated them into easy, actionable guides that focus on the content you work with every day.
