Syllabus Preparation and Team-Building Workshop

The office of University 101 Programs will host the annual Syllabus Preparation and Team-Building Workshops April 13-20, 2012 in the Bates West Social Room. These workshops provide an opportunity for instructors, peer leaders and graduate leaders to process the course learning outcomes and requirements as well as determine effective strategies for achieving the common goals and outcomes. Attendees begin developing their syllabus while exchanging ideas and resources with other UNIV101 colleagues. Additionally, these workshops are a time for co-instructors to begin developing teaching relationships and planning for their fall responsibilities. This event is designed for all instructors, regardless of whether he or she has a teaching partner.
All instructors, peer leaders, and graduate leaders should plan to attend one of the workshops offered during this week.
