Today's world demands that students be prepared to face an ever-changing landscape in the workplace.

We offer the opportunity for students to complete a degree in Organizational Leadership online without disrupting their working and family lives, preparing them for the workplace with a strong foundation for leadership roles.

With the help of an adviser, students devise a curriculum with courses from three workplace-oriented areas, supported by courses in professional foundations.

This program focuses on communication and leadership skills with a view to careers in government agencies, non-profit organizations or business settings.
