Materials received after deadline will forfeit space in conference program and will be placed on program supplement.

Exhibitor Presentations

In order to provide exhibitors with a formal setting for networking, the National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition offers exhibitors the opportunity to make presentations during events.

Presentation proposals will only be accepted from registered exhibitors, and registration does not guarantee that a proposal will be accepted for presentation. Please be aware that the schedule may not allow for more than one presentation per company/organization.

Exhibit Registration Includes

  • Admission for two representatives to the exhibit area
  • All conference sessions
  • All conference meal functions
  • Company description and web site listed in program
  • A print copy of attendee list with e-mail addresses (presented at conference)
  • An electronic list of attendee addresses (one-time use after the conference)
  • Opportunity to submit one proposal for conference presentation
  • One draped six- to eight-foot table, two chairs, and a waste receptacle

ONLY TWO EXHIBIT SPACES ARE ALLOWED PER COMPANY/ ORGANIZATION .

Exhibition space is limited, so early registration is recommended.

Conference Co-Sponsorships

Companies/organizations are invited to sponsor special events, regularly scheduled refreshment breaks, receptions, and other items with the conference organizers and other groups. Recognition will be provided in the conference program book and with signage at sponsored events. Sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to when registration form is received.
