Registration Deadline: October 18, 2017

Exhibit Registration Includes:

  • Admission for two representatives per booth to the exhibit area
  • All conference sessions
  • All conference meal functions
  • Company description in program
  • A print copy of attendee list with e-mail addresses (presented at conference)
  • An electronic list of attendee mailing addresses (one-time use after the conference)
  • Opportunity to submit one proposal for conference presentation (pending registration)
  • A pipe and drape (10' x 10') booth, six- to eight-foot table, two chairs, and a waste receptacle

DUE TO AN INCREASE IN DEMAND FOR EXHIBIT SPACE, ONLY TWO BOOTHS ARE ALLOWED PER COMPANY/ORGANIZATION.

Exhibition space is limited and the anticipated response is large, so early registration is recommended.

Conference Co-sponsorships

Companies/organizations are invited to co-sponsor special events, regularly scheduled refreshment breaks and receptions with the conference organizers and other groups. Recognition will be provided in the conference program book and with signage at sponsored events. Co-sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to when registration form is received.
